Reno is a Turk. Which is, essentially, a professional thug that works for a big company that, once upon a time, ruled the entire rule with money and power. He's like a secret agent type with loads more yakuza feel to the way he operates. And, like a typical yakuza, he won't hesitate to use violence to get what he wants. If you want an antagonist, lmk! He's good for a verbal or physical fight, teasing, taunting, namecalling... killing thousands of people at one time with the single press of a button... if you want moral ambiguity, he's your guy.
Ah, he's good with lightning attacks, melee combat, guns, magic (he has barrier, healing, and has two summons one of which is Bahamut the Dragon King), and he has a couple of his EM mines which are hovering electrical traps basically, and a couple of Pyramid mines which can trap a character inside a barrier that can only be released from outside (ie, Reno turns it off or someone hits it hard enough from the outside to short it out).
He's relatively tame on the train but he has played dirty with others in the past but only with ooc permission first for anything more than childish evil banter.
