Behaviour: This higgledy was born from hope--the belief that things will work out in the end. He has been known to visit those on the verge of despair and tell them not to give up. They have an outgoing personality and approach, but as they're connected to Tidus's heart, will align with his moods if they get out of control.
Location: Sometimes 'inside' Tidus (in a magical way ok) or with him. May go to see his friends.
Permissions: If you want to do anything with Hibber-Gibber lmk! He can try and cheer up others by taking their despair and making them feel more hopeful in exchange. Or just keep them company! He can also split up into multiple, tinier higgledys.
