While general roleplay permissions posts are accessible via the Taken page, some characters have skills, history, or other aspects to them that require further permission.

Please take time to check through these permissions posts for anything that might be relevant to your characters, and fill out those posts.

~ TELEPATHY/PSYCHICS (For characters that are able to read minds or otherwise affect them)
~ SPECIAL SENSES (For characters who can perceive unusual things)
~ TECHNOLOGY (For characters with powers or skill in hacking or otherwise accessing technology)
~ VILLAINY (For characters likely to attack or otherwise negatively affect other characters)
~ POSSESSION (For characters able to inhabit or control other characters)
~ THEFT (For characters who might try to steal from others)
~ HEALING/ALTERATION (For characters who have abilities that could heal or change another character and may do it without IC permission)

Permissions Post feel free to comment if you'd like to opt out of something, anything, or all of him. c:

Ki sense--the ability to sense anyone through their ki (life force). Unless someone is suppressing their energy level, he can pinpoint them even if they're invisible to the naked eye. Then again, the DB cast tend to gloss over low energy levels for Plot Reasons so it's entirely probable that Picc won't sense someone with low energy unless he is close to them (relationship-wise) or very specifically searching for them.

He can also technically sense magic and magical abilities but Picc is very bad with his magic so. He probably won't notice unless someone is showing off their abilities lol.

Oh, and he has super hearing. Like, don't whisper within ten miles of him if you don't want him to hear what you're saying. No joke. (He ignores most things not directed at him but just saying it's great for hilarious jokes.)
