Once chosen a text box pops up.
Once you have done a last message pops up.
Characters can request any book/comic/manga/magazine. Obviously use your discretion re media other characters may be from and change it up a little (so you can have a comic about a spider man but it won't be exactly like our spider man's life) and always check with your fellow players if you are straying close to the fourth wall! Reply here with your requests.

Hugs for Voidtrains
[Because maybe she should just... read to the train??? Emotions come out more easily for her when she's sharing something, rather than trying to press those feelings into words.
Unless it's spells, and that's not an option at the moment.]

This is a basic history book and is a little dry but gives a basic overview of the formation of the Void Ministry.
~ It sprung from the first Void Treaty, which was the first formal agreement between the first six void-active systems to not interfere with each others worlds or hinder each others progress through the void.
~ As more worlds began gaining void-active status conflicts sprung up once more and it soon became obvious that a more formal organisation was needed to keep the peace.
~ Each of the first six systems had their own void travel organisations on their world and each designated a department to inter-world diplomacy. As worlds discovered the void and became able to travel within it representatives would travel there and bring them into the ever growing void network.
~ They also helped many worlds understand void travel better, helping them achieve void travel without the tragic trial and error that their own worlds had gone through. Allowing worlds to create robust, safe voidcraft and saving many lives.
~ It took a good few hundred years for them to become the interworld peace keeping force they are today.
~ Though they are mostly focused on diplomatic work they have been known to bring military might to solve problems.
~ When system #392 joined the network they were keen on having a more physical presence in the void, to protect people from void criminals as their own world had been plagued with them in the past. They built the Inspection arm of the void-minstry.
~ The ministry have been criticised in the past for how they treat worlds that do not wish to join the void-ministry controlled network but for the most part they now allow such worlds to travel the void without hindered unless they interfere in a void-ministry controlled world.
~ The organisation is now led by a council, consisting of two delegates from every void-active world. They have a void-hub headquarters in the void itself but for the most part people deal with the void ministry on their own worlds.

There is a foreword explaining that they are two voidtravellers who travel various worlds, mostly the non void-active ones and set out to document some of their favourite places.
There are ten photos, each expertly framed and shot. None of them show people up close (though some have people in the background). They encapsulate the world in ten images (or at least what the photographers see as the most worthy of memory.) They are all very familiar places.
World #2554098133741 photobook
This is another photobook. More like a glossy tourist brochure. It has a handful of photos, all expertly shot. It focuses on the hot springs and the ruins, the main tourist attractions.
History of Jema'grethy Island
A history of the island. Mostly focusing on its popularity as a tourist destination and has been so for a few hundred years.
It isn't really a serious history book, mostly seems to be to promote the island and encourage people to visit.
History of World #2554098133741
A more detailed history. The world was always non-void active though they knew about the void early, due to the popularity of the island. However there are other planets in the system and those on the island eventually were enticed towards the stars. Jema'Grethy was never very technological and the young people jumped at the chance to fly into space and see other planets. The old died and the young did not return in any permanent way. Soon it was only of use as a tourist destination.

After a little reading it seems like Japan doesn't do what wotc does so a rulebook is the core rules, the player, and the gm handbook rather than splitting those three into different books. His intention is to get a book that has all three in it rather than like just the wotc core rules or something (assuming the train will do either lmao fingers crossed with this one).
I have an order up on small items that leaves me at 12, so 12 -> 4
